But, I would say that the cleanliness of the room was very sub-par. However, I had just brought all my stuff into the room and after the drive didn't want them in the room so I just requested clean sheets and an all purpose cleaner and a rag. They absolutely offered to make this right for me. I want to add about this about my room, it was very dirty and had not been serviced well, if at all. I honestly feel the Hilton brand should retrain him if he is going to be in management. ![]() The amount charged to my card was only $88.17 higher than what my bill was so it wasn't an amount to be upset about and I told him so, but he acted like just the mere fact that I was calling to get it fixed made it that I was upset. He only wanted to make this about me being 'wrong' and him being 'right.' His behavior was not normal. He treated me as though I was being difficult when in fact I kept telling him I wasn't upset AT ALL about it but simply was calling to have it corrected. He was rude and unprofessional and amazingly argumentative about a simple discrepency in my bill and the amount my card notified me was billed to it. One bad apple can certainly spoil a business. I would give this hotel 5 stars had it not been for a phone call from Lorenzo the day after I checked out. No lampshade overall, this day was OK it’s quiet good location, but the front desk girl Olivia will argue with you all day long it is a real smart attitude had to finally reach out to the actual property management company that runs that hotel to get any kind of resolution whatsoever, never heard from the local management whatsoever. When we originally checked in, there’s no lampshade in the room on the lights then they change the rooms to another room. ![]() If you ask for the room to be cleaned the night prior to the next day it didn’t happen then you go down and asked about the room being clean and then she was like oh do you have to do that before 9 AM but it was asked to be done the night prior then we just put on the system to tell them to clean the room every single day they still didn’t do it and then they came back with the same excuse. Had multiple issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested many times over the entire stay of over a month. Olivia at the front desk was like dealing the most hateful person you’ve met. Overall it was pretty good, the clean solid bed is important to me - that was good, but I did not like how I felt I got upsold on paying more, never happened to me, I chose this hotel because it was slightly cheaper than the Hampton Inn at the time. Good location near some strip mall / restaurants. There's a small indoor pool here but not long enough for laps. Make your own waffles, typical processed egg omelets, sausage patty on english muffin, biscuits (no gravy - sorrryyy), oatmeal, egg n bacon on a roll, and coffee was respectable. Overall not including the dirty spots on bathroom wall everything was sufficient and I slept well. Got a full sized fridge and microwave - those were good too. Got a king size bed, the sheets were clean. The lotion and shampoo bottles - some were half full, so that means they don't throw them out after usage if there's leftover, they just keep it there for next customer. My bathroom walls had spots on wall and water spots on ceiling, there's no attempt to clean them. If you look closely there is some lipstick on this pig. ![]() It's not the 10 bucks, I have 10 bucks, just felt suspicious and this has never happened. ? I felt like this was an upsell / bait and switch. On this visit I show up and he tells me there's no room for what I reserved available, but he can give me a bigger bed for $10 more. Google has never failed me - I show up and the price is good and room is available. I use google (as I have many times before) to lock down on a rate here for 125.
